This newly developed multi-family housing complex spans 82,628 square feet across three levels and introduces 89 modern units to the Midvale Utah community, with options ranging from one to three bedrooms. Designed to meet the needs of a diverse population, the site includes family-friendly amenities such as a playground, pet areas, and communal gathering spaces.
The project, designed by EJ Architecture and constructed by Kier Construction, replaces an outdated 24-unit single-story complex with a more contemporary and affordable housing option serving a bigger market.
Meridian Engineering provided essential civil site services for the project. This included drainage, grading, and paving plans, storm drain and utility plans for water and sewer, storm water retention basins, and ADA accessibility. Construction period services were also included in the civil design scope.
