Meridian provided the site utility design and grading and drainage plans. We conducted phasing of the construction to keep the existing school on site operational, which required the utilities and improvements to remain online during construction. We were required to protect portion of the existing school and grounds during construction of the new school addition, which was included in the design. We coordinated with Orem City for the new infrastructure construction in the area as well as for the site design of the school. We upgraded a storm water system on the site. We coordinated the utility connection schedule to maintain service to the school as construction was completed for the various phases.
