The facility includes a computer lab, free laundry and an indoor-outdoor courtyard concept with community gardens integrated into the design of the courtyard.

As part of ajc architects and Holst Architecture design team, Meridian provided civil engineering for drainage and grading plans, utility plans including water and sewer, and site hydraulic analysis along with design for an on-site storm water retention basin to collect and infiltrate all onsite runoff.
