Located at 151 East and Broadway (300 South), this modern 14,500 sq. ft. store has doubled its capacity for the sales of cold beer, wine, and spirits, replacing the previous store at 205 West 400 South near Pioneer Park.
While working with the Jacoby Architects design team, Meridian’s comprehensive site design services, included utility and topographic surveys, civil site design for the concrete plaza, rear parking grading and drainage, utility planning, waterline upgrades, and truck access for the shipping/loading dock.
