Summary

This new townhome community offers downtown residents 3 levels with living space, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a main level garage. This facility consists of three separate multifamily buildings with a Scandinavian aesthetic conceived by Jacoby Architects and located at 135 E and 900 South, Salt Lake City. The Maven Townhomes are Energy Star Certified and environmentally conscious for water conservation. Construction by Rimrock.

Meridian provided topographic and boundary survey. The civil site work by Meridian included drainage, grading, and paving plans, storm drain and utility plans including water and sewer. Construction period services were also included in the civil design scope.
